Key dates / activities for the project include the dates for some information sessions and the launch of the QUT and Griffith University websites towards the end of the project.

16-17 October 2008 Presentation to CAUDIT meeting
November 2008 Brown Bag lunch 12.30 to 1.30pm Willett Centre, Room 2.19. Find out more about the project and all the latest developments.
11 November 2008 TILS Taster (QUT)  from 2.00 to 4.00 pm in V block level 2. The MSP project booth will be there to provide information and to answer your questions.

3 December 2008 Presentation to South Pacific User Services Conference (SPUSC) in Adelaide.
17 and 18 February 2009

26 February 2009 QUT and GU Mobile Technologies and Practices websites and IHBI and ARI Mobile Technology Packages launch.
18 March 2009 Official release of Mobile Technology Package to IHBI MDD at Kelvin Grove and MERF (Chermside).
15 April 2009 INS Expo “Talk Nerdy to Me” at GU.
1 May 2009 Closure of the IHBI Researcher on the Move Pilot.
1st week in May 2009 Time 2 Research Survey sent to all staff at QUT and GU.
4 May 2009 EDUCAUSE Australasia Conference poster event in Perth.
5 May 2009 EDUCAUSE Australasia Conference presentation on the paper “Mobile Technology for Improved Productivity: analysis of a pilot study at an Australian University”.
7 May 2009 CAUDIT presentation on the MSP Project, Mobile Technologies and Practices websites and blended learning approach.
30 June 2009 Project Closure.
7-10 July 2009 QUESTnet Conference presentation on the Mobile Technology Packages, the strategy behind it and results from the research.
